About these terms

These terms are between you and Logic Forest Ltd, which runs FoxySchool. By using FoxySchool you agree to them. If you are a child, please read them with a parent, carer or teacher. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Who can use FoxySchool

• FoxySchool is made for pupils in Years 6 to 11, and for their parents, carers and teachers.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Email privacy@foxyschool.com if you think someone else is using your account.
• Anyone can ask for teacher access. Our team checks each request before turning it on.

Cost

FoxySchool is free. We do not ask for card details, there are no adverts, and coins cannot be bought.

Coins, streaks and the shop

Coins and XP are earned by learning and have no money value. They cannot be swapped for money, moved to another account or bought. Items in the shop, such as a gold name, are only for use on FoxySchool. We may change how coins are earned or what the shop offers.

Classes and parents

• A pupil can ask to join a class with the class code from their teacher. The teacher must approve the request before the pupil joins.
• A pupil can invite a parent or carer. The invitation expires after 14 days. The pupil can stop sharing at any time.
• Only teachers and the FoxySchool team can create lessons and problems.

Using FoxySchool kindly

You must not:

• choose a name that is rude, unkind or pretends to be someone else;
• upload photos of people, or anything rude, hurtful or not yours to share;
• try to break, overload or get round the limits of the site;
• use someone else's account.

We may hide content, reset a name or close an account that breaks these rules.

Teacher uploads

Teachers must only upload material they have the right to use. Teachers choose whether an upload may be processed, quoted or used to make new material. If you think something on FoxySchool uses your work without permission, email privacy@foxyschool.com.

AI help and marks

AI hints, topic recognition and suggested marks are there to help practice. They can be wrong. Check AI marks against the mark scheme or with a teacher. AI help has daily limits.

Past papers and other sites

Some past exam papers are shown from the exam board or another site. Those papers belong to their owners.

Our content

The lessons, pictures and software on FoxySchool belong to us or the people we licence them from. You may use them for your own learning or teaching, but not copy or sell them.

Changes and closing accounts

We may change or stop parts of FoxySchool. You can stop using it at any time and ask to close your account from Settings or by emailing privacy@foxyschool.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep FoxySchool accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of mistakes or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
